Hancas joined Circana in Canada in 2012 as part of the Fashion practice, joined the Beauty practice at launch, and now manages the Apparel, Footwear, and Prestige Beauty practices in Canada. Her passion for the beauty and fashion industries and interest in data-driven growth led Hancas to Circana.
